Left with no choice and facing severe financial loss, the vendor was forced to try and sell the bags directly on the street.

While viral videos capture widespread attention and prompt many viewers in the comments to ask how they can help, these clips rarely provide direct personal contact details or verifiable background information for the individuals featured. However, the scenario brings to light critical issues surrounding fair trade, independent contracting, and how communities can respond.

Small-scale suppliers and independent vendors operate on tight margins. When a client defaults on payment after an order is fulfilled, the impact goes far beyond a single lost sale:
